The Final Goal: A Soccer Manga That Will Make You Cheer

     Bokura no Kyōka-bu is a manga that focuses on the development team of the Gran Blue Shizuoka, an N2 League professional soccer club.      That’s when Ōgami, the manager of the development team, makes a bold move. He recruits Manabu Nakauma, a passionate supporter of Gran Blue Shizuoka, to join the development team. Nakauma is not a professional player, but he has a love and a vision for soccer. Together with Ōgami and the other members of the development team, he will try to rebuild the soccer club from scratch.

     Bokura no Kyōka-bu is a manga that shows the realistic and gritty aspects of soccer, as well as the emotional and personal growth of its characters. It is a story of teamwork, friendship, and perseverance. It is also a story of love for soccer and for one’s hometown.

     The manga was started in Manga Action magazine in May 2022 by Chanyatsu, a manga artist who is also known for his other works such as Koi no Kiseki (Miracle of Love) and Koi no Kiseki: Another Story (Miracle of Love: Another Story). The manga has received positive feedback from fans and critics alike, and has been praised for its realistic and dynamic portrayal of soccer.

     The manga has published three compiled book volumes so far, with the latest one published on July 27. However, the manga will end in the next issue of Manga Action magazine on September 5. This means that there are only a few chapters left before the final goal.

  Remembering Nami Sano, the Manga Creator Behind Sakamoto and Migi to Dali         The manga world has lost one of its brightest stars. Nami Sano, the manga creator behind the popular comedy series "Haven't You Heard? I'm Sakamoto" and the upcoming fantasy series "Migi to Dali", passed away on August 5th, 2023, after a short battle with cancer. She was only 36 years old.       Sano's death was announced by Kadokawa on August 16th, 2023, along with a heartfelt message from her family and editors.
